The teen years offer some of the most exciting times in life. They can also offer some of the most challenging – especially if you don’t have a supportive group of caring adults and friends.
At One Heart, our student ministry offers a community of passionate young people and compassionate adults who desire to intimately know Christ and grow in their relationship with God. Through worship services, bible study, fellowship and fun, our students establish and build eternal relationships that offer support and encouragement through any challenge.
In addition, youth can join our student praise and worship team, and participate in music, drama and dance. There are also special youth retreats and other exciting activities on an ongoing basis. Everyone is welcome! For more information about our student ministry, contact Jack Wheatley.
UPCOMING STUDENT EVENTS
FUGE SUMMER CAMP 2018
We are heading to North Greenville University, June 11-16, for Fuge Student Summer Camp!
Fuge is a high energy, Christ center camp that allows students to have fun while teaching them truths about Christ! We are excited about what God has in store for our group and can’t wait to head off this summer!
We will be leaving Monday, June 11, at 1p.m. and will be returning on Saturday, June 16, at 1p.m. The cost for this event is $300, which includes all meals, activities, lodging and transportation! We are asking for a $50 deposit/per student that is due by Feb 1.
This is one camp that you don’t want to miss!
Every Wednesday night we offer our students, 6th-12th grade, an opportunity to experience our mid-week activity we call RUSH. RUSH stands for Rising Up Serving Him, ultimately we want our students to have a place that they can come and fellowship with friends as well as gain a deeper understanding of their place in this world. We offer food and games starting at 6:30 p.m. and we end our small groups at 8:15 p.m.
For more information about these activities and other ministries for students, please contact Jack Wheatley by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (678) 468-7020.
