Dear OHC Family and Friends,
This Sunday is a favorite for many people! It is Time Change Sunday! An extra hour of rest before coming to church seems to invigorate our lives. I want to remind you to set your clocks back an hour and come expecting a very special day of worship.
We have much to anticipate over the coming weeks. We have our annual Thanksgiving dinner together on Sunday, Nov. 21st and I need your help! We will be providing the meal but I’d like for each of you to bring a special homemade dessert to top off the day. I promise you the smoked turkey will be the best you’ll have this year and the meal will be awesome. A fun day awaits us all. Don’t forget on that Sunday and also on the 28th we have only one service at 10:30! Our regular schedule will occur the first two Sundays of November at 9:30 and 10:50!
Now, three other exciting events to mention to you:
1. Our Ladies’ Tea is happening on Dec. 4th. This is an elegant afternoon for all our ladies and tickets will go on sale this coming Sunday. I’d like to encourage you to invite your friends and get tickets so they can all be blessed by the sweet time together. Ladies Ministry
2. Our Christmas music program is Dec. 12th. On that evening, we will be blessed to come together and celebrate Christmas with beautiful music and fellowship following the worship time
