Dear OHC family and friends, Well, you can sure feel the change of seasons in the air! I love the Fall and so anticipate God doing something amazing each Sunday at OHC! This Sunday is a very special day as we baptize 3 and share Communion together. We also will have the privilege of having our host pastor from Argentina in the second service. He is here for a missions conference in another part of the state and gets to be with us on Sunday and Monday. I also will be continuing my series on First Light— as we discover our purpose for life. The longer I live the more I find that people struggle with purpose! I did want to highlight the ladies BETH MOORE simulcast event that is going on this Saturday, September 15 from 9:30 to 4:30. Ladies IF you haven’t signed up yet….it’s not too late. Come on out…for a continental breakfast at 9am and then the amazing time of worship and study. I’ll be there to greet you! Men — I look forward to the following week spending time with you at Callaway Gardens. The retreat is going to be awesome! Family—I’m thrilled by opportunities we have in the coming days for Financial Peace University which begins this Sunday evening at 5 PM. This first session ” Supersavers” is open to everyone free of charge whether you have signed up for the course or not. Everyone….I need you to prioritize being in the Lord’s house this Sunday. Our times of Communion are extra special. Everyone….Please pray for our Tanzania mission team and be sure to get a prayer guide this Sunday. Our team will be there September 26-October 5. Children….Thanks for making Sundays and Wednesdays so special. Finally–I’ve been blessed being a part of mid week studies as Pastor Ron has shared on the life of Jonah.
