Grace Beyond Your Imagination – Titus 3:4-8
Is grace a characteristic that people see in you? Grace can lead to a life changing encounter with the One who loves you perfectly and grants you the privilege of a relationship with Him! Grace often motivates us to do something with our lives that counts!
Let’s look at two verses about grace. Romans 2:4 says, “Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?
And Ephesians 2:7,10 says, “…so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus…for we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works.”
Read Titus 3:4-14. In this section of verses, we see three distinct realities about His grace that can carry us beyond our imagination and aligns our hearts for a living faith!
First, we must realize His grace empowers us. Through His kindness He looks beyond our sins to see our hearts. Through His love, He grants us the opportunity to experience unconditional love. And through His mercy we understand that, “God’s mercy is bigger than any mistakes you ever make!”
Second, when we grant access to God this allows Him to equip us. We can operate in your inheritance and speak confidently.
Finally, we need to decide to engage in fulfilling His purpose. In Titus 3:14 we see two phrases addressed to this principle. When we engage people, they see the actions of our hearts and we recognize the cry of every heart without Jesus.
Will you embrace these three realities?
