At One Heart, we believe that every Christian is called to be a missionary. In fact, as Christ’s followers, we are missionaries by design simply because we are indwelt by His Spirit, and His heart compels us to complete the work He started. As His HEART (Hands Extended and Revealing Truth), Christ is relying on us to reach the world around us – locally and globally – with the truth of His saving grace.
As a Missions Ministry, we are committed to pursuing Christ’s passion for reaching the lost and ministering to those in need. Currently, our church partners with several local ministries and our members support them through service projects, volunteer time and material donations. In addition, we have strong relationships with churches in several countries including Romania, Ukraine, Argentina, Guatemala and South Africa. One Heart members make yearly short-term trips to these locations and God continues to move in mighty ways!

Ukraine 2014 – March 16-26
The people of Ukraine are sweet and tremendous hosts. They are open to the Gospel and that is why OHC continues to go there and minister. We have ministered in many orphanages and churches throughout the Zhytomyr region which is located 3 hours west of the capital city of Kiev. OHC supports the work of many pastors and also workers in a ministry for street children, those without a real home. We will return to continue the work in 2014. Please consider joining us.
Romania 2014 – June 22-July 1
Anyone who has been to Romania on an OHC mission trip can tell you that it is a special place. Even before OHC began our Pastor, Gearl Spicer, visited Romania. That was 2003. Since then we have carried groups there every year. OHC has an extensive ministry in the many orphanages that are around the town of Lugoj, located in the western area of the country. We have also had the privilege of conducting worship services in many villages, too many to count. Join us in late June for another exciting adventure.
Tanzania 2014 – October 5-15
Tanzania is a wonderful country in southern Africa and is very open to Christians. OHC has been to Tanzania for the last four years. We have ministered in local villages through medical teams who have cared for the sick and while doing so, shared the love of Jesus. In addition we have been exposed to orphanages in the area where we have presented programs about Jesus and the hope that can be found in him. OHC will take a team back to Tanzania in 2014. Why not consider going with us?

Elam was founded in 1988 by senior Iranian church leaders with a vision to serve the growing church in the Iran region. From the beginning, Elam’s passion was to train and equip Iranian Christians to reach and disciple their country men. In 1990 six emerging leaders arrived in England from Iran to begin their fulltime ministry training. They lived in a small, two-bedroom flat and used the kitchen as a classroom. Since then, Elam has seen many years of God’s faithfulness. By God’s grace, the ministry is growing and is being used to strengthen and expand the church in the Iran region in a significant way.
